Assess program strengths that should remain

Identify needs; develop and implement plans

Interview each board member in person

     obtain their assessment of existing program
     ask for new ideas
     build support
     identify qualified prospects
     secure gift commitments
     obtain names of others to approach

Draft board resolution on expansion and assist staff in its passage

Recruit and train volunteers to form or expand a planned giving committee

Craft all marketing materials (except web site content longer than one page)

Draft all correspondence to build a response template index

Work with you to fine tune stewardship to planned givers

Design and implement an annual plan to chart all details and track progress

Set up and help implement a system for gift and estate administration
