Interview each board member in person to:
gather ideas build support identify qualified prospects secure gift commitments obtain names of others to approach
Identify, recruit, and train volunteers to form and execute a planned giving committee
Craft all marketing materials (except web site content longer than one page)
Draft all correspondence and build an index of response templates
Create stewardship for planned givers
Design and implement an annual plan to chart all details and track progress
Set up and implement a system for gift and estate administration
